Chronology of cameras Kodak 

The No. 2 Folding Autographic Brownie released in 1915. It uses a film 120. The body is rectangular. In January 1917, the corners of the body are rounded. This is the case of the photographed camera.
Since it still uses the Ball Bearing shutter it may be deduced that it predates 1924. (see the Table of variations)

Here, it is precisely a camera sold by Photo-Hall, because the lens shows this brand.
